For this email service, the joint report is included in the totals; no separate report fee is added. Totals with acquisition include authorised account access and acquisition of the original messages within the standard scope. Do not add the acquisition charge again. Substantive forensic examination of attachments, unusually complex cases and volumes above 1,000 messages require a specific assessment. VAT is shown at 21%, subject to the tax treatment of the engagement.
Certified web event and page capture
Fees effective from 6 October 2026. All amounts below are in EUR. The service includes certified capture of web events or pages, analysis, a joint expert report, an initial consultation and an explanation of the findings.

The billing unit is one certified capture, not each image or file generated. Your quote defines the pages, browsing sequence and question to be examined.
The total already includes the platform charge and expert fees. Shared work is included once in the joint report: do not add the capture charge again or a separate report fee.
Authenticated access, interactive browsing, multimedia, monitoring on several dates and other scopes require a specific assessment. Court testimony and travel are separate. VAT is shown at 21%, subject to the tax treatment of the engagement. Subscriptions for direct platform use are a separate service.

Please Note:
- Sometimes, to certify the origin and evidential value, it is necessary to extract the device that generated and/or stored the images.
- To certify the origin of the images, direct extraction from the capture device is recommended (not necessary for RAW files)
